Merry Christmas from the Carters!
Merry Christmas from our house to yours. Remember to keep it simple and enjoy the time you have with your family.
EASY CHRISTMAS MORNING - ORANGE CINNAMON ROLLS
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
optional: raisins, cranberries, nuts
Orange glaze
ORANGE GLAZE:
1/3 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 tsp. water
Combine orange glaze ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Unroll dough onto lightly floured waxed paper; press perforations to seal; brush with melted butter. Combine sugar, cinnamon and optional ingridient; sprinkle over dough. Roll up jelly roll fashion, starting at long side; cut into 1" slices. Place in a lightly greased miniature muffin pan or shallow baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with orange glaze. Yield: 9 rolls.
