Give it a Rest Already

I am perplexed by the still constant news coverage of Michael Jackson's death. In our instant media society, you would have to be living in a hole to not know. And really, isn't that all we need to know? That he passed? Is it our business how? The only people that should really be seeking resolution is his family and they really should not be seeking answers in a public forum. This goes double for what will happen to his finances or his children. I did not know Michael Jackson, I certainly did not know his family and I really don't think that his crazy life deserves any more press coverage. He was a prodigy singer, he brought joy to many people through his music, but other than that, what did he contribute to society other than setting an example of how not to live in it?

Give it a rest and stop worshiping false idols.
